DEIN WIRKEN

Als ausgewiesener oder ange­hen­der Fach­ex­perte fertigst Du tech­nisch anspruchsvoll­ste Bauteile für Spritzgiess­werkzeuge als Einzel­teile oder Klein­st­se­rien. Gemein­sam mit Deinem Team verant­wortest Du den gesamten Prozess: Von der Erstel­lung der Maschi­nen­pro­gramme (CAM), über die Bedi­enung der Maschi­nen bis zur Qualitätskontrolle.

Wir arbeiten in ambi­tion­ierten Teams, in denen Du Verant­wor­tung übernehmen und Dich weiter entwick­eln kannst. Wir würdi­gen die Stärken des Einzel­nen, begeg­nen uns auf Augen­höhe und unter­stützen uns gegen­seitig. Unsere Arbeit­splätze sind grosszügig, sauber und mit neuesten Maschi­nen ausgestattet.

DEIN RUCK­SACK

Wir sind sehr offen, was die Kennt­nisse angeht. So freuen wir uns sonder­gle­ich über Bewer­bun­gen von jungen Talen­ten oder von Perso­nen mit einschlägiger Beruf­ser­fahrung. Viel wichtiger sind die Eigen­schaften, die Du mitbringst: Eine Leiden­schaft für genaues Arbeiten, Clev­er­ness und Ehrgeiz. Zudem erwarten wir von all unseren Mitar­bei­t­en­den eine Offen­heit für Neues, sowie das Denken und Handeln im Sinne des Teams und des Unternehmens. Ein Lehrab­schluss als Poly­mechaniker EFZ wird zwin­gend vorausgesetzt.

EFZ (Federal Profi­ciency Certifi­cate) poly­me­chan­ics* who special­ize in making complex tools, work­pieces and devices for produc­tion are an impor­tant cog in manu­fac­tur­ing: an indis­pens­able profes­sion with a future.

At Glaro­form you learn with the latest CNC machines and automa­tion equip­ment, and from day one you work with the team on genuine and produc­tive tool parts.
This also includes CAM program­ming and devel­op­ment of manu­fac­tur­ing programs.
Poly­me­chanic* train­ing in tool making is the top tier for poly­me­chan­ics* because each piece is an indi­vid­ual compo­nent and not a mass-produced good: be ready for excit­ing and demand­ing tasks.
At Glaro­form we also offer ideal oppor­tu­ni­ties to further develop and special­ize, such as on large machines or in special­ist depart­ments, and this already during the apprenticeship.
